Woodstock Wow! Apt Close to Belfast City Centre

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone Positive: The property was in a great location Negative: The rooms were smelling cigarette smoke and they had left cigarettes on the floor. Apartment was not clean

Positive: Apt was fine but would have preferred to know i was in a extreme loyaliat area, felt very uneasy and was woeried about having a southern reg car. Everything else was great apt was fab and we had a great time . Negative: Area

Great location and price Positive: Very good location and great price for how close to city centre it was. Definitely stay again. Negative: Could do with a wee but of TLC inside and better cleaning prior to arrival.

Okay apartment but needs some love and work Positive: The apartment is about 30 minutes walk from town. It has two bedrooms and a kitchen so you can prepare food. The beds were comfortable and clean and the size of the apartment is decent. Negative: Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't 100% and the maintenance could do with improving. The one bedroom had a tower hanging out the ceiling which was stuffed in a hole, the wardrobe was rammed with Christmas decorations so couldn't hang clothes. Windows and outside windows had rubbish etc on them. The bathroom wasn't too bad but needed a deep clean. The kitchen facilities seemed dirty and wouldn't risk putting anything in the fridge. The freezer was rammed full of frost as well. There wasnt any fans or Aircon in the apartment despite a heat wave and at the cost of the apartment you'd think you'd have one at least. The lack of any food or drinks as well was a bit disappointing as you'd normally get some basics with apartments and aparthotels. It didn't feel as inviting or welcoming as a lot of the places I've stayed at.

Negative: The apartment was absolutely filthy, the smell of stale cigarettes lingered throughout for our entire stay. Dirty used tissues on floors around the rooms. The apartment was covered in cobwebs that had clearly been there a very long time. Would not stay again and would not recommend this property to friends or family.
